| DEALERSHIP CRITERIA * WHAT MAKES YOU A DEALER: Dealers need to be actively selling and promoting the product line. If you have not purchased from me within two years of time then your dealer status is canceled. You cannot receive dealership status if you are only using these products for yourself. I can give growers very good prices especially if they are purchasing in quantities of tons. To be a dealer you will need to fill out my credit application and return it to me. * DIFFERENT WAYS TO BE A DEALER: You can choose to be a dealer for a specific product line, or a dealer who coordinates large orders at several times throughout the year, or a dealer who carries a variety of items in your retail outlet. I am very flexible with helping you get started as a dealer for me even if you are starting out small. * WHAT TO SELL: I would like dealers to carry a variety of items both in the liquid and dry form. Having a variety of items for multi-purpose gardening needs draws a larger clientele to you. If you are only interested in selling animal supplements, I would also like for you to carry a variety of those items. RETURNS; if you have no luck selling some items over time, they can be exchanged for other items you may need. No cash refunds and no exchanges if bags or containers are damaged or liquids have been frozen. Certain liquid and dry items that have a shelf life may not be exchangeable after a certain amount of time. I can inform you about these specifics. Note: Special order items are not returnable. * ORDERING, PICKING UP, DELIVERIES AND DROP SHIPMENTS: If you are able to email your orders to me initially that can help cut back on phone time. I am happy to finalize the order and answer your questions on the phone. Products can be picked up directly from the farm or deliveries are available for partial, full pallets or individual items. Pricing for delivery will vary on the distance to your location. Drop shipments and special order items; If you ask me to drop ship items from one of my manufacturers/ suppliers then it is likely that the price will be less than your dealer price list. So call me for pricing in this situation. Drop shipments from Seven Springs Farm or from one of my vendors are available direct to your customer for partial, full pallets or individual items. Call for a shipping rate quote. Please Note: you will need to be tractor trailer accessible in order to have pallet type deliveries come direct to you. You can also meet the truck. * IN REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SALES I have a very large customer base and I do not always know how customers found out about me. Since it is very difficult and time consuming for me to keep track of who your customers are and issue you credit towards their sale, I have come up with the following policy. In order to receive credit for any sales from your customers that want to buy direct from me, you will need to be fully in charge of the sale. What I mean by this is that you need to take the order from the customer and bill your customer direct. I will need to have the order from you, (fax, email or call), give me the time that the customer will pickup the order or have them call me to arrange a time. I will then load them when they arrive here and bill you at your dealer pricing. * PAYMENTS AND CREDITS: I appreciate having full payment at time of sale or delivery. You can be billed for the balance of payment, to be paid within 15 days of purchase date; after 15 days there is a 1.75% interest charge on the balance due to be billed every 30 days. Other arrangements by request. Please note: The only way I can except credit cards for dealers is if you pay the 3.5% bookkeeping charge. When sending payment I prefer having one check to cover your total owed, another words, no checks from your customers that makes up the total owed to me. * WHAT I PROVIDE: I can provide a certain amount of advertising for you. I usually do a joint ad in different newsletters that include a list of all my dealers in that state. I also represent you at trade shows. I send customers your way when possible. I have lots of brochures and information available on my product line. I give you fast customer service and shipping and get your questions answered.
