  •  FRESH TOP QUALITY FRUITS in peak season, picked to order, delivered within 24 hours of harvest.
  • VERY LOCAL-- all fruit grown within 50 miles of Floyd.  Supports numerous REAL farmers and sustainable agriculture right here in our Blue Ridge backyard.
  • WIDE VARIETY throughout the season includes cherries, various bush berries, peaches, nectarines, plums,  several types of melons, pears, Asian pears, many varieties of apples, and other fruits as available.
  • NUMEROUS CONVENIENT SHARE PICK-UP SITES in Roanoke, Blacksburg, Christiansburg and Floyd.   Choose one site from our extensive list of options to suit your schedule and location needs.
  • No-spray/low-spray and biologically-grown sources of produce always preferred whenever available.
  • 17-18 weekly shares beginning in late May through mid-September. Vacation make-up plan allows you to receive your full share value within the season even if you miss some weeks’ deliveries.
  • Share values average $10-15.00 per week, depending on the cost of fruits included; weights range from 4-8 lbs.  Weekly share quantities are estimated to satisfy two average fresh fruit lovers.
  • Weekly “bag notes” introduce you to specific fruit varieties, local growers and their practices, as well as recipes, serving and storage suggestions, local food news and bulk purchasing updates.
  • Extra bulk purchasing opportunities at wholesale prices are advertised through bag notes to supply home canners/freezers and big eaters.  Bulk pre-ordered fruits and veggies are delivered along with regular share.
  • Single share cost pre-paid by April 24th is $230.00, retail tax included.  A separate check is required for a $10.00 non-refundable registration fee.
  • Two shares may be purchased through one household registration for a discounted price of $450.00, retail tax included, plus one $10.00 non-refundable registration fee, payable in a separate check by April 24th.
  • Shares will be reserved on a first-paid-first-served basis. We have a limited amount of fruit shares available and we are historically sold out long before the registration deadline.  Please reserve your share early.
