- ROW COVER SUPPORTS 8 FT LONG, Our row cover supports are a 1/4" fiberglass rod that is coated with a thick UV plastic to protect your hands. They last a long time and are very easy to use and storage is fast and convenient.
This is an excellent spring, summer and fall fabric that is .75 oz with 85% light transmission. Can provide 2 - 4 degree frost protection. We are no longer going to carry this size please check our 100 ft size for availability.
Row covers are best use over crops with support hoops to hold the row covers over top of the crops. There are many different types of fasteners that are sold on the market to hold down the ends of the fabric but we recommend using any of the following: sandbags, pots filled with soil, pipes or wood.
