Dahlia Tubers - 1 lb

We are offering a multi color mix of dahlias that are grown at Seven Springs Farm using ecologically sound methods. Flower colors vary from yellow to dark red and the flowers range from a single to a double flower in form. They are available from October until we are sold out in the Spring.

Storage Suggestions: If you are ordering/receiving dahlia tubers prior to your last frost date, be sure to keep tubers in a cool, dark area with a temperature of 40-50°F such as a basement until you are ready to plant (after your late frost date).

Planting Rate: Plant in compost rich soil with some extra Harmony 5-4-3 fertilizer. Plant dahlia tubers about 6" deep, be sure to cover tubers with soil so they are not exposed at surface. The stem/neck of the tuber or clump should be planted facing up, tubers facing down.
