LalGuard M52 OD (formerly Met52) is a biopesticide composed of the spores of the fungus Metarhizium brunneum strain F52. For use in the greenhouse, the nursery, and the field as a foliar spray or soil drench, it's an effective control on the following pests: Whiteflies, Aphids, Thrips, Mites, Psyllids, Ticks, and Weevils and is listed for the crops: cucurbits, onions, celery, lettuce, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, grape, berries, potatoes, ornamentals, and turf. LalGuard M52 OD provides broad spectrum control with no known risks for resistance. Once in contact with the pest, the spores germinate, penetrate the cuticle, and spread throughout the body, killing the pest in 3 to 7 days.
Use entire contents upon opening and to use within 24 hours of mixing. Exposure to air degrades the product and as a result clumping that can clog sprayer may occur. Storage: 12 month shelf-life in a dry and cool place ≤68°F (20°C) or 18 months at 40°F (4°C).
4-hour re-entry (REI); 0-day pre-harvest interval (PHI); IRAC Group UNF; CAUTION (low toxicity).
Foliar, Low Volume Sprayer: 8 - 64 fl oz per acre.
Drench: 20 to 40 fl oz to 50 gallons of water.
Plant Dip: 1/2 - 1 fl oz per gallon of water
