Overview

Excellent at breaking up compacted soil and scavenging nitrogen. The plant produces biotoxins that help control soil borne pests and pathogens, as well as providing weed control. May be mixed with winter grains. Hardy to 20°F.

  • Seeding Rate

    Plant 4 - 10 weeks before last frost at a depth of 1/4 - 1/2 inch. Broadcast at 8 to 13 lbs/acre when sown alone.

Good germination

Good germination, it has already come up quickly in the understory. I broadcast and cut the grass on top of it. No need to drill.
