Overview

Avena sativa. Fast-establishing, productive and competitive. Hardy to 10°F. Improves soil structure and scavenges nutrients. A good option for biomas building, weed suppression, and erosion control. Works well in blends with peas, radish, and clover.

Organic seed is non-returnable.

85 lbs/acre drilled, 110 lbs/acre (2.5 lbs/1000 sq ft) broadcast. Ideal planting windows are 55-70 days before avg. first freeze, and 30-45 days before avg. last freeze.
