Triticum aestivum. Hardy to -20°F, drought tolerant and disease resistant. Contributes biomass, helps with weed suppression, and prevents soil erosion. Works well in mixes with peas and clovers.

110 lbs/acre drilled, 145 lbs/acre (3.3 lbs/1000 sq ft) broadcast. Ideal planting windows are 20-45 days before avg. first freeze, and 30-45 days before avg. last freeze.
